Helping Starved, Abused  & Neglected Horses in Georgia

"With your help we...will make a difference!"

Our Foster Horses

There are times that we have animals that need to be placed in foster homes. Thankfully there are families willing to foster and nurture these animals until they are adopted into permanent homes.

If you are currently a member of GERL and are interested in becoming a GERL foster home, please contact our Foster Care Coordinator:

Remember, “With Your Help…We Will Make a Difference”

Let CeCe know what you are able to foster (mare, gelding, young horse, old horse, pet, or riding horse) and whether you are potentially interested in adopting your foster horse in the future. Your level of experience with horses in general and rescues in particular will be taken into consideration when matching you with a foster horse, as well as your geographical location in the state. The need is great. Please help us meet this need and help these horses.
